I have a JIBRI high waisted skirt in nice hot pink that I've never worn - just tried on a couple of times. It just isn't right for me - but maybe it will be for you! The waistband is 24.5" wide (lying flat) and the skirt is 30" long. For reference, I usually wear a size 24/26 in most clothes. The fabric is very nice - it's pink with a tiny textured pattern. It even has side pockets.
